Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, returns are typically only accepted for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. We strive to ensure every Hitschies treat reaches you in perfect condition to guarantee the highest quality snacking experience.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Order
Upon arrival, please check your Hitschies package for any signs of damage or missing items before opening the individual sweet packets.
- 2.Contact Support
Email our customer service team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged goods or incorrect items.
- 3.Authorization Review
Our team will review your claim to ensure it meets food safety return guidelines and will provide a return authorization if approved.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once approved, we will either ship out a fresh replacement of your favorite Hitschies or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
