Are Hitschies products suitable for vegetarians or vegans?
Many of our products, such as our Hitschies Sour Mix, are suitable for vegetarians. However, some items contain beef gelatin. We recommend checking the ingredient list on each product page for specific dietary information.
How long does shipping take for my candy order?
We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package has shipped.
Can I return food items if I change my mind?
Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food products once they have left our warehouse. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to most countries within the European Union and North America. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
What should I do if my candy melts during transit?
While we take precautions to pack our items securely, high temperatures during transit can occasionally affect the texture. If your product is significantly damaged, please send a photo to our customer service team for assistance.
Are your products gluten-free?
